The principals of the firm have deep backgrounds in CRM and are Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certified. Mr. Volpe is uniquely qualified in the CRM business space. His experience includes small and medium business, as well as global enterprise CRM development projects for corporations in the United States and Europe. Prior to founding Castle Hill Partners, as Vice President for Siebel Global Services, Mr. Volpe developed a group of leading edge services delivery practices designed to enhance Siebel CRM core capabilities. The practices specialized in the integration of CRM with leading Business Intelligence and Order Management applications while leveraging the latest integration technologies to scale for businesses of all sizes. In addition, he developed industry service practices focused on the CRM challenges of the Financial Services, Life Science, and Communications industries.

For IBM Global Services, Mr. Volpe served as Vice President for global CRM strategy and service offerings. He was responsible for building IBM’s initial CRM delivery capabilities, as CRM took shape in the marketplace, and for delivering services to IBM customers through 2000 consulting practitioners world-wide. In his early career, Mr. Volpe joined one of America’s first CRM companies, Early, Cloud & Company, at its inception. There he worked with both large and small corporations designing and delivering CRM projects that combined telemarketing and customer service capabilities. In his 20 year career, his customers have included The Royal Bank of Scotland, NationsBank, CitiBank, Aetna, Allstate and Blue Cross Blue shield of Florida. He received his degree from Bryant University and possesses multiple certificates for executive management and technology programs.


As a principal of the firm Mr Hennessey focuses on the practice management of customer relationship management from client management through technical delivery. Mr. Hennessey is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) design and delivery expert with a career spanning 20 years of CRM projects for businesses of all sizes. Prior to co-founding Castle Hill Partners, he most recently served as Consulting Executive for IBM Global Services. In his 10 years with IBM, he led numerous projects involving CRM business requirements analysis, architecture design and technical solution development and implementation. He has served projects as solution architect, project manager, technical architect and quality assurance manager. He designed and developed integrated call centers for numerous clients utilizing technologies including core CRM applications, middleware for application integration and legacy system access, business intelligence, and voice and data integration. He also worked with CRM professionals across IBM to author CRM design and delivery methodologies, and CRM intellectual capital.

Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Hennessey worked at Early, Cloud & Company, one of America’s first CRM companies. While there, he developed the countries first CRM systems integrating backend systems information such as customer and product data, in front end applications for mega-networked call centers. Representative clients have included Sears, Franklin Mint, The New York Times, AT&T and Nextel. In his early career, Mr. Hennessey held system consulting positions at the large consulting and auditing firm Arthur Young & Company. He received his MBA in Management from Bryant University and possesses certificates in numerous technical and management curricula throughout his career.
