Each project utilizes the following methodology to first assess and then implement each solution: CRM Business Assessment
The cornerstone of any CRM implementation is a full understanding of your
business and your customers. We look at your business vision and dynamics along
with your customer demographics and interactions to help analyze your CRM
processes, policies and procedures for sales, marketing and service. We bring
this together to produce a CRM strategy and solution tailored to your business
requirements. This assessment is critical to aligning CRM technology with key
business objectives. CRM Technology Assessment
The technology supporting any CRM implementation is critical to the success of
your project. We analyze your existing technology environment (i.e. hardware,
software, application and network) and future environment to ensure the CRM
technology can support the key business objectives identified during your CRM
Business Assessment. The assessment results are discussed with you to ensure a
common understanding and agreement of business goals and technology
requirements. Project Proposal Using the information from the assessment step a proposal is provided showing the project scope, activities, timelines, resource requirements and estimated cost. This will be discussed with your project team and management to obtain the agreement to proceed. Implementation Includes the following tasks that will be tailored to the business objectives and technology solution required: Installation Starts with pre-installation planning with the project management and installation teams. Based upon these discussions the ordering and installation of the necessary solution hardware, software and network is accomplished. Configuration Consists of multiple steps where the data requirements are transformed into the solution. The migration of existing application information into the new system may be required. Screen configurations to match business processing and data requirements are performed. Review and testing of the solution by members of your team is included to determine the successful configuration of the solution. Deployment Once the solution is tested the deployment of the solution can begin. Planning for this step will include the determining the best approach of when to migrate the existing information, enter system/security information, integrate to other systems and training. This will then allow the deployment of the system into the business and post deployment review of the process. |
